Building a more
direct path.

George Berridge

George Berridge

Co-Founder & CRO

George Berridge has spent more than 25 years connecting automotive, media and technology.

His career started inside the dealership and eventually took him through Kelley Blue Book, Cars.com, Zimmerman Advertising and Spectrum Reach, giving him a rare perspective from both sides of the media equation. Before all of it, George served in Air Force Special Warfare as a Pararescueman.

At Drive, George brings those worlds together — helping advertisers navigate an increasingly complex media landscape with better strategy, better technology and a more direct path to premium media.

Away from Drive, you'll find him on his ranch with his wife, dogs, chickens, goats — and usually a tractor.

Rowe Jones

Rowe Jones

Co-Founder & COO

Rowe Jones has spent his career at the intersection of media, creativity and entrepreneurship.

A third-generation media guy who appeared in his first television commercial at 11, Rowe has created advertising for hundreds of businesses across the country, along with brands including NASCAR, Ron Jon Surf Shop and VH1. He also helped market FindWhat.com, the pioneering search company that grew to a billion-dollar NASDAQ valuation.

At Drive, Rowe is focused on a simple idea: build a better way for advertisers to reach people, command attention and drive action.

When he's not building Drive, he's usually creating something else, riding a mountain bike or spending time with his wife and their two Basenjis.

Ken Kuczwaj

Ken Kuczwaj

Regional Sales Manager

Ken began his career as a commercial real estate broker and developer in Los Angeles, where he founded Los Angeles Land Realty, grew the firm to more than 80 employees, and developed over $750 million in commercial real estate.

A serial entrepreneur, he later moved into real estate finance before shifting into advertising, closing more than $150 million in revenue at companies like Liquidus and Captivate. Along the way, he also owned and operated 13 restaurants across Texas.

Most recently, Ken worked with the Amazon DSP, using first-party data to build advertising campaigns for auto dealers. At Drive, he brings that same data-driven approach to helping dealers and manufacturers reach in-market buyers.

Outside of work, Ken is a father of six, a 2-handicap golfer, a wine collector and a musician.
